THE BEGINNING

The CEO of the company, Roberto Brisciani, decides to leave his fixed position and his life assured in Italy to start a chain of Pizzerias of Pizza al Taglio alla Romana in Spain, specifically in Denia. The chain was a hit in the area putting the "Tranchitomanía !!” to fashion.

NATIONAL SCHOOL OF PIZZA

It opens the National School of Pizza and Restoration, the first in Spain, motivated by the Association of Italian Pizzerias as well as the main suppliers of products and machinery for the Pizza Sector No. 1 in Italy.

1999

MAGAZINE OF ITALIAN PIZZA AND RESTORATION

The Italian Pizza and Restoration Magazine, the most prized publication by the professional sector where the most renowned chefs collaborate and the most prestigious producers in Italy and Spain find the ideal framework to make themselves known and spread a culture As much appreciated as the Italian gastronomy.

During all these years, the main manufacturers of Spain and Europe have the Professional Consulting and Process Engineering applied to the industry, as well as the development of masterly formulas for Pizza. The main Pizza producers in Spain and Europe have the support and consultancy of Roberto Brisciani for the development of their pizza products and the implementation in the industrial lines. Also the Great Chains and franchises have the professional consultancy of Roberto Brisciani for the development of its products and operational processes in their businesses.

BIRTH OF THINKINGFOODS

Thinkingfoods is born to give a specific solution to the professional market of the Pizza with Mixes and Flours of Complete Formulas of Pizza for the Industry as for the Chains and Pizzerias.

Thinkingfoods understands that the market asks for specific productions personalized for each customer and adapts its production for the specific production of the formulas that their customers desire for the production of their products.

2004

GRUPPO PIZZA

Gruppo Pizza begins its journey following the continuous requests of our customers who want a Turn-key Solution and at 360º. In this way Gruppo Pizza offers solutions for all customers who wish to open a business concept, giving them the development not only of the customized product, but also the specific machinery, start-up, economic study, operating manuals, HR Manuals and training of their staff.

2010

THE FIRST BOOK

The Secret of a Magnetic Restaurant, the first book by Roberto Brisciani becomes a resounding success of sales in Spain and Latin America, being re-printed on several occasions. Win the prizes of greater prestige of the Professional Sector like: Better Gastronomic Publication 2010 granted by Rafael Garcia Santos of "The Best of the Gastronomy". He then won the First Prize of the Gourmand Cookbooks Awards granted by Cointreau, in Spain.

2011

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

The Secret of a Magnetic Restaurant continues to win awards and recognitions. Win the Gourmand Cookbooks Awards as Best Publication for Professionals getting the 2nd place of the World, competing with all the countries of the World. The University of Cordoba, with the support of Bodegas Campos, created the First Specific Master of Strategy and Marketing applied to Restaurants based on the book, with the name of the Master "Magnetic Restaurant".

MOVING TO THE USA

Thinkingfoods INC opens its doors in the American market, based in Miami. Soon, great satisfactions arrive, delighting clients like Apple Computers, Navy, Sheraton, Wholefoods among other clients with products like Smart Dough System and the Personalized Mixes.

2017

CARREFOUR 2017 INNOVATION AWARDS

Thinkingfoods enters for the first time in the Retail sector with a ball of Pizza Dough 100% Dough for home, of the hand of Carrefour, and the project becomes a complete success. Customers quickly fall in love with the texture, taste and aroma so delicious of the dough, and see that it is so easy to spread without any effort.

In June 2017 Thinkingfoods Win the Carrefour Innovation Awards 2017 among more than 300 participants, being the product chosen in the Fresh Products category.
